We believe our rates are competitive when compared to a similarly located, well-equipped luxury home and of course significant savings are made by booking directly with us. The rates include all local and state taxes, electricity, local phone calls, solar pool heating where applicable and use of communal facilities.
All prices are per villa per week and not per person.

They do not include:
The returnable breakage/inventory deposit of £100 or US$180
Electric heating of the pool, £80 or US$145 per week, payable when the balance of the rental is due.

Our rates are split into 4 seasons as follows:

We require a non-returnable reservation deposit of £100/$180 per week booked with your application. If the reservation can not be confirmed by us then your cheque will be mailed back to you/funds returned. We need to receive this before we can confirm your booking. When your reservation is confirmed, the non-refundable deposit is used towards your rental. Full rental amount is due ten weeks prior to arrival. You will be billed for the balance of your rental contract. A security deposit of £100/US$180 is due ten weeks prior to arrival and will be secured by a cheque or cash. Shortly after your vacation stay, your security deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the property, less any damages.

If booking is less than 10 weeks prior to departure, the full balance, plus your returnable inventory deposit is required.
